Thanks Derek! Our current problems are more on the build side than the test side. We're trying to go from libav sources to MSVC 64 bit libraries for linking to our app. Shared libraries would be great (though I understand they aren't quite working yet, or are they?), but even static linking 64 bit libraries would be preferable to 32 for us, the rest of our app is (trying to be) 64 bit.
If we could see your /devel/fate/buildenv2012 - even though it won't apply directly to our setup, it should have all the pieces we need - I think we still have a few steps missing after following http://libav.org/platform.html#Microsoft-Visual-C_002b_002b . Also, does your FATE instance build from source, or is that handled by someone else?
