I didn't check this one in detail yet, but I'd prefer if it was split into
one individually useful change for the demuxer and one for the muxer
(unless they're inseparatably tied together).

Both patches look ok to me, although I'd like an ack from Anton as well
regarding the use of the disposition field - I'm not familiar with it
whatsoever.
