Probably not.  The biggest thing on the horizon will be whenever AviSynth
2.6 officially gets released, at which point the header included with x264
and FFmpeg would get a bump strictly to be on par with the latest release.
As usual, that has no ETA.

I went ahead and made a new git repo for the AviSynth headers @
github.com/qyot27/avisynth_headers, and pointed the main demuxer patch to
point to all the headers for AviSynth/AvxSynth in system locations, as well
as squashed the AV_CODEC_ID and cosmetics patches into it.
