You can safely guess that XLL requires working with 64-bit math so not
completely unfamiliar to you.

For the reverse engineering you can probably take any binary decoder out
there, I heard they are all based on the reference code from DTS and thus
should be similar inside. And IIRC Ben was able to locate fixedpoint QMF
routine in some decoder too.
