I'm not sure that many users have a clue what decorrelation is. "Allows correct decoding of incorrect streams generated by e.g. Libav11(.1?) encoder". ffmpeg was also affected btw, so this can be made wider. Up to you for the remainder of the code, but I didn't see anything strange.
