You'll get a blueprint from me soon. In short: In order to do what you want (that I like a lot) we need a mean to flip automatically the initial state of all the options. Basically with --disable-everything we flip the state to `disabled-do-not-check`, with --enable-everything we need to flip the state to `please-check-but-not-fail`. To do that we need to overhaul a little how we make the tests and it is a bit time consuming so I didn't do myself already.
