Yes, they are a good starting point, but they do not belong in the patch
that adds a packetizer - and since the output even with those lines breaks
decoding, I'd rather not commit it yet until it actually works. It could
of course also be the decoder that needs fixing, but until someone can
point to a third party reference decoder/encoder to test with, my guess is
that the encoder is missing something.
