Hi I uploaded a new sample to the ftp-server: sf_cable_car_cannot_combine_reference_and_non_reference.mts (Showing the engine room for the San Franisco cable cars)

This is with Ubuntu 12.04.5 LTS, so the version of libav is 0.8.1.17?
