The last three patches are untested as i don't have access to an rtmpe
stream or encrypted asf/oma files. They are nonetheless not needed for the
time being and can be postponed until someone can properly test them if

FWIW, there's one rtmpe:// url on multimediawiki
(http://wiki.multimedia.cx/?title=RTMP) that still works that you can use
for testing:

(The lack of test urls for this urged me to add the rtmpdh unit test
recently, but that unit test only tests the diffie hellman exchange, not
the parts that use blowfish/xtea.)
