Hello,
assuming the previous conversions are ok, this chunk starts
modifying AVCodecParameters, in particular affecting libavformat.
The first 10 or so containers are modified to support the new API,
and they are simple replacements for the most part.
The avtools are alsoupdated to this change, testing the compatibility
layer for downstream users.
