You should update your git repository. openjpeg has some bad practices regarding dll imports (forcing users to define OJP_STATIC) and vlc doesn't provide a pkgconf file. Recently the check for openjpeg had been redone and, since I hadn't tested on windows, the -DOJP_STATIC cflag was forgotten.
