Hello All, I am trying to use FFMPEG to decode the DIF stream from a firewire connected camera. I can decode the video using CODEC_ID_DVVIDEO within my application (a DVB-S transmitter) but When I try to use CODEC_ID_DVAUDIO it says the codec does not exist.
I know the Audio blocks in the DV-DIF stream are fairly simple but can someone tell me how to decode the audio. If all else fails I will have to parse the 144000 byte received frame but I was hoping FFMPEG could do it for me.
