Hello,
can I use av_seek_frame() with AVSEEK_FLAG_FRAME flag to search the stream
by frames?
I have tried to use this function and avformat_seek_file() either to
change position in mkv video stream, but I'm getting strange results.
Sometimes the position is still at the beginning of the file or the next
av_read_frame returns an error.
Could you please direct me on any example?
