Why should that be? Ie, if a license issue applies to the FFmpeg project (in this case a license issue that applies to one of the libraries Brad wants to use, namely libx264 which is - under normal circumstances - available under the terms of the GPL, which makes FFmpeg linked to libx264 automatically GPL) not apply to the Zeranoe builds that are made from FFmpeg sources?
