HELLO
I am now convert the mp3 file to aac file ,but i got a problem,
when I use avcodec_decode_audio4() and I save the frmae.data[0] to the local
pcm file. then I use ffmepg convert to wav. When I use vlc to play the wav
file there are lot of noise ,I guess the pcm data were wrong, but I don't
know why ? any body can help me ?
