I have a problem using ffmpeg/doc/examples/decoding_encoding to decode raw h264 file. No matter what .h264 file i use as input,the output remains to be some(24) strange .pgm files and a .mpg file.I think the .pgm files are meaningless because i can't see butterflies or people when i open them.Somebody help me explain why.
