Hi, I am transmuxing a H264 (mp4) video to support segments (mpegts with H264) for HLS streaming. I am creating these segments on demand based on the input start and end time. Before transmuxing it to mpegts format, I want to change the bitrate and resolution. IS it possible and if yes how ?
