Yes. I just tried to use ffmpeg.exe to convert rgb file (RGB48) into yuv file. it said :"[IMGUTILS @ 000000000022f680] Picture size 0x0 is invalid test.rgb: Invalid argument". And as we know RGB48 couldn't be converted into bmp file, which could be used for conversion with ffmpeg.exe. So maybe the application is not the way to go...
