The problem was that I asked for hevc_nvenc. That did not work. h264_nvenc
works fine.

No NVENC capable devices found.
It seems strange that NVENC would be disabled on this card. Perhaps this is
related to the power management feature which is switching between buil-in
Intel GPU and external (high power) GPU? How could I make this work?
NVENC is available on a restricted range of cards, with pascal or better
architecture:
