Hello,
Whenever I try to encoder video with "hevc_qsv" I get the error message:
Could not load the requested plugin '6fadc791a0c2eb479ab6dcd5ea9da347':
specified object was not found (-9)
Error loading plugins
It tries to load the plugin "hevc_hw" (6fadc791a0c2eb479ab6dcd5ea9da347) but it
obviously fails.
"h264_qsv" works. Using ffmpeg to encode with "hevc_qsv" works too.
What do I do wrong?
