Hi,
Is there any way to pack H.264 NALUs with 0x00000001 delimiter to complete
frame via C++. I know it works with command line ( ffmpeg -i raw.264 -vcodec
copy out.avi ), but i need to send complete frames to decoder. If there is no
api, which source files contain that algoritm?
