Recently, I encountered a problem that the FFmpeg decode working thread was suspended. The video source came from the IPC H.265 1080p and needed to be transcoded into H.264 CIF. Four decoding threads were enabled. There was a possibility that a thread was suspended. The entry function is avcodec_decode_video2 (). Has anyone ever encountered this problem? Is there a solution? The version of ffmpeg is 4.0.2? Thank you!
