I've had good results decoding SEI user unregistered data from H.264 in TS files using ffmpeg 4.4. Thanks for the work on that.
I am struggling with getting encoding to work. I can add the data to the AVFrame and read it back from the in-memory representation. However when the TS is written out, the resulting file doesn't appear to include the SEI data I have added. The codec is openh264.
Has anyone made this work? Any suggestions on steps?
