why does AAC return -1024 for the first packet back from the AAC encoder? The frames send to the encoder have valid PTS. Second packet has 0 PTS and then normally increasing.
What should be done with this packets? Should I be doing anything different to have "correct" PTS from frame 1? Thanks, William
