[Libav-user] Writing a two pass encoding codec

Some codecs can perform better as a two pass encoding process. This is 
trivial to do with the ffmpeg command-line.

However, I am wondering if someone has C/C++ code for doing the same 
with the libav* ffmpeg libraries.
