Can you reproduce the two warnings only when compiling your own code, or
also when compiling the ffmpeg program (through the provided makefiles)?
In the first case, I'd say the problem is in your build system.
Regarding the wmv2 problem: can you reproduce it when playing the video
stream with ffplay? If not, then the problem is probably in your code.
If not, submit a bugreport (providing information about how to reproduce
the problem with ffmpeg or ffplay).

This is r12442; the latest one is version 12810 (as far as I can see).
