Hi, not in libavcodec, but in libavfilter. Libavfilter is already partially included in ffmpeg SVN, but it is still missing pieces, if you want a fully operational libavfilter you can check it out from the GSOC ffmpeg repository or await for it to be fully integrated into ffmpeg or maybe help to achieve that earlier.
