Abeni: Bit rate was the first thing I changed and messed around with, from increasing it by a few numbers to even tripling it from input video's bit rate. Still it makes no difference as the output file is a lot smaller than the input file and the quality is horrible compared to the original.
As for the mb_decision thing, like I said I referred to the output_example in FFmpeg. (I don't have much experience as I jumped into a project involving video.) Do you think I should change that portion?
