using 45tripp's ffmpeg 15625

file's duration is reported as 5m 44s instead of the correct 39s

I am using libavf* in my player, which obviously displays the file's
duration as 5:44 instead of the expected 39s.
curiously VLC 0.9.6 is displaying the right duration.
