Hi. I looking to improve the MPEG4 video quality I'm getting from FFMPEG.
I'm re-encoding low bit-rate (200-400 Kbps) streaming MPEG4 video coming from external source, and when I compare them both, the source video looks noticeable better. It's more sharper, and the colors are more natural. Any idea what flags needs to be passed in order to improve the video quality?
