Hello,I wanted to know how to specify to the encoder (say MPEG-4) to do
real-time encoding. When I use FFmpeg to encode a stream, it usually goes
faster than the input rate. Say a 25 FPS stream is encoded at 30FPS.There
doesn't seem to be much talk about this on the web?Thanks.
