Hi guys I wrote my own program using avlibrary to grab video from a webcam and then send it to an rtp://224.1.1.1:12005. Now I am able to use ffplay to view the rtp stream at 224.1.1:12005, but for some reason I couldn't use VLC to see the rtp stream. Any suggestions?
