I have forked off an ffmpeg and have access to its pid. I wish to terminate it in a controlled fashion (as if pressing 'q') - how do I do this? Can I somehow send the 'q' to the pid, or is there a 'sig' flag I can use which would still result in ffmpeg tidying up correctly?
