Hey guys, I moved ffmpeg-fas to github. For those who are unaware, ffmpeg-fas is a simple API on top of ffmpeg for video processing type applications. It builds seek-tables (either when told to, or quietly and online through normal decoding) to use for frame-accurate seeking (seeking by frame #). An added side-benefit is the frame-counting functions. Any improvements are welcome :)

I moved the ffmpeg-fas library from sourceforge to github. I did this primarily because github provides a much better way for people to fork it and make changes that I can come back and integrate into my version, if necessary.
