What is the best way to copy the frames from one file to another? I'm looking to do it without specifying the destination file codec or it's parameters (width, height, bit-rate, gop size, etc...) - is it possible? Or it's mandatory to specify all the encoding details, even when I don't actually do any encoding, but just reading and writing frames?
