I have a series of related questions about using libavformat and I will be
forever thankful to anyone who can give me hints.
Which sequence is followed by libavformat when making consecutive calls to
av_read_frame() ?
Is there a concept of "frame index" within an AVStream?
How to pick a frame given its index within a frame?
How to compute the frame count of a given stream when libavformat gives me
nb_frame==0?
Is all of this possible in constant time, if possible at all? If it is not
possible, why is it so?
