Hello, I am encoding H264 video's with libav and x264. The result is perfect in for instance Media Player and VLC, but in Quicktime I get a problem with the colours. It is a commonly known problem and for instance discussed in this forum: http://www.dvinfo.net/conf/archive/index.php/t-73197.html
One answer states "To sum things up, nothing is inherently wrong with the H.264 format; it is QuickTime Player’s handling of the embedded ICC profiles that is at fault." Is there a workaround for this, for instance by writing the file differently?
