Hello, When I decode the same mp3 file twice and then look at the buffer data, the buffer contents are never the exact same. Although not perceptually very distinct, it does significantly effect the frequency spectrum. Is this nondeterministic behavior expected? I am writing functions to analyze the freq spectrum of 0.4sec frame sizes from the stream generated from an mp3 file.
