could anyone tell me how i can build ffmpeg with armcc ?
I want to decode h264 in Mobile Phone which based arm7 architecture and
the MTK software platform,the whole system will be building with
armcc ,tcc and armasm ,which is contained in the toolchain of ads1.2.
any reply is appreciated!
