Not to answer your question, but do you really need to use 4.1? I've
heard nothing but bad things about that version (compiles more slowly,
produces less optimal executables, and even new kernel versions have a
test that says something like "4.1 has a bug in it, you need to upgrade in
order to build the kernel")
