Ok, I managed to do it with a custom URL handler, but it didn't work unfortunately. The function just kept reading data, no matter how many frames I gave to it. This brings me to question - does the av_find_stream_info() requires full packets, or it can work directly with the encoded data as well? Because I my case i don't have packets - only encoded data.
