To decode the video steam, I've used the example of Martin Bohem

but using the av_open_input_steam().
I don't know if this is the correct way to work, could you explain better to me what do you mean with "create several context" ?

Yes, it is! Many  video security programs use ffmpeg (libavcodec) to
decode a set of video streams at the same time in one process.

Create several Contexts and there you go
