I've the same problem. I would like to see more than one video stream.
I've used one thread for decoding the video stream. All works fine.
I don't use global or static variables, so when I start the second thread
all should be re-allocated.
The problem is in the decoding of P or B frames. The behavior seem to be strange. I think that the decoder use last key frame for decoding all next
frame without consider the stream. Is it possible this operation?

Creating a second thread does not recreate resources. You need to allocate a second file / stream / codec context and use them separately - one for stream 1 and one for stream 2.

Not doingso will lead exactly to the problem you're describing.

In a potential reply, please show us that you understand what I just said. Don't just restate that you have a problem without showing how you use FFmpeg (source, schematics) and going into previously offered suggestions.
