Hello, I'm a newby in decoding video. I have a video stream source that sends Mpeg4 video.
The problem is that the P-frames are referred to the last I-frame instead of the previous P_frame. the libavcodec decodes this stream badly. Is there any flag to say the libavcodec that the 'intra-picture based prediction' is used?? Can somebody help me?
