Hi guys!! I'm testing ffmpeg example. This application have a Q PARAMETER relations with the qscale and with the quality of the video compresion. I have read some pages and papers about it, and it can make refered to the SNR o PSNR calculation. Do you know what q parameter is exactly? How is it measured? Thanks in advance!
