Hi All, I have set bitrate 100 kbps and Intra Frame Frequency (GOP) 100 frames to encode the video. On strating video looks fine, but once encoder generate 2nd I-Frame after 100 frames then video looks blocky (An image looks like made of big blocks/tiles).
By analyzing it, i found that encoder is using less number of bytes for 2nd I-Frame. Due to this high compression video looks blocky. I know this is happening due to wrong qunatization parameter. i am using following parameter/values for qunatization: i_quant_offset = 0.0 qmin = 4 qmax = 24 qcompress = 0.5 i_quant_factor = -0.6 Please help me by telling exact value of above given parameters.
