Not sure what you're getting at, but the list that was quoted is a wishlist of these people that felt a common interest to create this list. This group of people does not represent any other copyright holders than themselves, and I do not represent anyone else than me. That said, all people currently actively involved in FFmpeg legal work are part of the group of people that created the list as quoted.
