Hi all,Obviously I'm quite new to both. I want to convert flv to pcm but not sure which way gets best performance, a red5/JNI calls C/C++ FFmpeg native or red5 app call a SOAP/FFmpeg service running on SAME box. (from what I've read) JNI has some overhead, does it cost more than (de)marshalling and http? Any insight would be appreciated.
