Hi Ronalds,
I am not using a parser, the same buffer I have got from the encoding
function (avcodec_encode_video) is the one I pass to the decoder (avcodec_decode_video). Anyway, I have just found it was my problem: I made one unneeded additional avcodec_decode_video call,
which prevents me for getting the frames.

I posted this to the forum.

Thank you very much for your attention,

regards,

Gabriel

My program performs a small test: take frames from a v4l device, encode

MPEG-4, and it worked for MPEG-1 up to review 11410.

Are you using a parser to parse frames between your demuxer output and
your MPEG decoder?
