has to be modified a little bit, because it calls the filter too late.
Anyway, I suspect that if you use ffserver, and you feed it with ffmpeg
through FFM (as Ronald suggested), then maybe the bitstream filter is not
needed...
Do you also know any RTSP server solution that works on windows with RTP+h264?
I can not find any (opensource).
Sorry, I do not know. I know about some solutions for unix-like systems (DSS,
ffserver, feng, ...) but I do not think there is anything useful on windows.
